PD Heater-15

PD 15 is designed to deliver up to a maximum of 15 kW at frequencies ranging from 60 kHz to 100 kHz.

These heaters find applications in hardening of small auto-components, Brazing of heavy copper bus bars, brass pipe fittings etc.

PD 15 are supplied as mobile units with integral cooling water systems for use in automated production assembly lines.

PD Heater-25

PD 25 is the largest of Elwarm’s products. It can deliver up to a maximum of 25 kW at any frequency ranging from 15 kHz to 50 kHz.

These heaters find applications in melting small quantities of iron & steel, copper, brass and aluminum and for mass heating in forging shops, brazing of heavy bus bars in electrical industries.

PD 25 are supplied as mobile units with tilting furnaces for melting / with tunnel coils for Billet Heating / with channel type coil for bar- end heating. It is also built with integrated cooling water systems.
