Electric Induction HeaterWe provide a unique assortment of Electric Induction Heaters (Series pir) that is exclusively designed for mounting and dismounting the inner races of cylindrical roller bearings that are used on the axles of railway rolling stock and in traction motors. They perform these functions with the help of latest technology intelligent micro controller based electronic controls. The pir series ensures fast, safe and economical heating of Inner races of cylindrical roller bearings and can also be used in others industries for similar application. When a component is heated with the induction coil it acquires magnetism strong enough to attract iron particles and iron dust. To combat this problem, it is essential to eradicate the residual magnetism after heating. The control panel is designed in a manner that facilitates fast demagnetization by using the heating coil itself. The induction coil can be used for the dual purpose of demagnetization as well as heating.
